We combine high-tech manufacturing with traditional bench joinery to ensure every cabinet is a piece of precision engineering.
- The Chassis: Constructed from sustainably sourced FSC-certified Birch Plywood. Unlike standard chipboard or MDF, birch ply offers superior screw-holding strength, moisture resistance, and a beautiful exposed edge grain.
- Precision Milling: Every panel is cut using industrial CNC technology. This allows for tolerances within 0.2mm, ensuring perfectly square cabinetry and seamless architectural integration.
- The Movement: We exclusively fit Grass Dynapro concealed soft-close runners. Widely regarded as the best in the world, they offer 4-way adjustment and a synchronized smooth-glide action that can carry up to 40kg per drawer. Blum Blumotion soft closing for any doors ensures reliable quiet closing time and again.
- Surface & Finish: Every piece is hand-finished in our London workshop ensuring a luxury, tactile feel that you can't achieve with spraying. We aim to show off the timber either using hardwax oils to show them in full or through any paintwork so the movement of the grain adds texture and softness.
- The Hardware: We believe the bits that you touch matter and encourage our clients to go and feel any handles they are thinking of buying. We also make some brass handles in house along with our full length timber handles. These "touchpoints" inform the feel of the whole kitchen, something that is overlooked in a pretty picture.
- Joinery: We utilize a hybrid of modern fasteners and traditional woodcraft to ensure the structural integrity of your kitchen for decades, not just years. All carcasses are rebated and screwed and when it comes to installation they are aligned with 12mm dowels for a perfect fit.
