2mm clutch pencil, made from solid 8mm brass, hand machined and finished in London UK.

Not too heavy but substantial, it's designed and built as a tool to last lifetimes and weighted to perfection.
The brass is individually hand-polished then dipped in patination fluid. It is then put back on the lathe and the grip is knurled to reveal the brass below the patina. This a manual process, not automated so there are inconsistencies in the depth cut of the knurl so no one pencil will be exactly the same as the other.
The brass is left un-lacquered so over time the patina will wear and the brass will tarnish, adding we think to the beauty of the piece.
