How we make your kitchen
1: Initial Discussion
Just get in touch. Anything goes, whether you have an idea or a complete design package, it's always helpful to talk things through.
|
2: Estimate
Usually we arrange to meet in person to see the site, talk through the project to gain a full understanding of you, your dreams, your space and then we can provide an estimate.
|
3: Design Detailing
Happy with estimate, we take a design deposit and provide detailed drawings and renders, working with you towards full construction drawings, ready for sign-off.
|
4: Production
When drawings are signed off, we go to manufacture. After this point any changes are chargeable so its important you are happy with all the designs first. A lump sum is payable and then all the components are ordered and the parts are cut using some of the best CNC operators in the country.
|
5: Assembly & Finishing
After 2-3 weeks the components arrive in the workshop for hand finishing and meticulous assembly. Everything is tested prior to installation and you're very welcome to visit the workshop in North West London to see it all coming together.
|
6: Clear the space
You ensure that the space is prepared and ready: remove the existing kitchen, paint the walls, prepare any pipework and electrics, lay floors so that it's prepared for your new kitchen.
|
7: Installation
We install cabinetry and loosely fit appliances for plumbers and electricians to wire in. If preferred we can provide drawings and instruction to your builders to install. It usually takes around a week.
|
8: Worktop & Trades
Worktop templates can now be taken. Fitting is usually a few weeks later. All the trades can do any tiling, plumbing, wiring of appliances during this time.
|
9: Clean & tidy
We check that everything is working perfectly, clean all the drawers and cupboards and you're ready to get the kettle on and tell your friends how wonderful we are.
